Over the past month, we have continued to focus on providing tools that help you leverage Compliance.ai capabilities. In addition, we continued enriching our coverage of US state legislation, regulations, and other regulatory updates. We also added key new international sources from Switzerland, Germany, and Bahrain.

Enrich your understanding of Compliance.ai Resources using documentation downloads.

When using the Compliance.ai platform, through our Developer API or by accessing our Team and Pro applications on the web, we know it’s important for you to be aware of the types of enhanced regulatory content available within our platform. Given the breadth of our coverage, we know it can be challenging to review this information in detail online. To help you make the most of this information, we’ve added an “Export CSV” option. Using our exports, you can filter and check existing data fields using your preferred spreadsheet program.

Visit the documentation section of our Developer Platform website to access key information about our data fields.

Tip of the Month.

You’re probably already familiar with Compliance.ai’s Obligation feature, but did you know we have a task that allows you to review specific obligations within a regulation in detail within the context of your workflow?

Adding the obligation task to your workflow allows you to complete your exact obligation task for every obligation found within a regulation. For example, you can indicate whether an obligation is relevant to your organization on a sentence-by-sentence basis in addition to providing your overall regulation-level assessment.

You can even take advantage of new workflow functionality to build a workflow that allows you to assign a single workflow task, such as the obligation task, to multiple different individuals who represent different areas of your business.

Watch this short video to see the obligation task in action or learn more about obligations and workflows in our Training Center.

We hope you enjoyed this product update!

Client feedback is always welcome. Please contact our support team with any questions or feedback or schedule a time to review our new features. Remember that you can always access the Training Center under the Help (?) section of the platform for more information.
