The Senior Consultant role is a professional services, client-facing role. Our Professional Services team is responsible for supporting and training clients through implementation of the Compliance.ai platform.  We are recruiting for an experienced consultant, with industry experience, to join our growing team.                                                                                 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver projects following project lifecycle methodologies for clients and partners
  • Help clients focus on their goals and drive implementation towards a successful, on-time delivery
  • Develop best practices within your areas of expertise and be a champion for platform adoption
  • Collaborate and share relevant experiences and create strong partnerships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Assist clients in defining the processes used for regulatory change management
  • Collaborate with internal sales, documentation, training, and product management teams
  • Engage clients in enlightened business requirement discussions versus feature/function basics
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to clients during the implementation process
  • Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the platform and how it may be configured to meet client business needs
  • Create and improve implementation templates, training and presentations
  • Provide assistance to colleagues where needed
  • Deliver positive support, CSAT and stellar NPS measured by client satisfaction surveys
  • Support sales teams throughout the contract lifecycle including client review meetings as well as identifying opportunities to upsell into existing accounts 


Skills and Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a leading professional service role, with focus on the following:
    • Strong background in professional services, product development and SaaS-based technology in governance, risk or compliance related systems and deployment
    • Deep understanding of banking, financial services and insurance sectors and experience implementing compliance, risk and/or regulatory change management processes and solutions
    • Background in conception, design, development and integration of process management solutions
    • Working directly with compliance and risk officers and the office of the general counsel at regulated BFSI’s
    • Analyzing business processes/operations, understanding key drivers, and developing fit-for-purpose solutions
    • Experience with best-in-class support technologies such as ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills
  • Experience with the financial services compliance, risk or audit related processes. Natural ability to serve and gain respect with clients and their relevant process by demonstrating expertise in technology implementation in a regulated environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Knowledge and experience with RegTech and AI powered business solutions a huge plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment
