Happy New year! While saying goodbye to 2021 in December, we focused on capabilities that help our clients manage larger compliance projects and use our core features more efficiently.

Additionally, we continued enhancing our coverage of state legislative activity along with regulatory updates concerning insurance and employment in the US. We also expanded our coverage in multiple jurisdictions throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

We’ve redesigned Folders to provide more robust collaboration capabilities

Compliance.ai’s Regulatory Change Management solution is designed to help track critical regulatory documents and collaborate with colleagues. To help you work more efficiently on small and large projects, we refreshed our Folders functionality, adding key new features such as the ability to add multiple levels of subfolders and introducing an easier way to manage and view documents within your folders.

Watch this short video to learn more about refreshed Folders.

Optimize your workspace using the resizable right panel

We revamped pro.compliance.ai to let you use the workspace in the way that best suits your needs. If you’re completing workflow tasks, grab the edge of the right panel to make more room for comments. When scanning search results, tap the arrow to fold away the right panel to maximize the size of your results table. When you need right panel details, simply tap again to return to the standard configuration.

Watch this short video to see a demonstration of resizing, or just start experimenting to discover your preferred configuration.

Save time when adding related items to filters

We upgraded our search filter selection so you can add multiple related items to a filter with fewer clicks. Need to add several US States to a jurisdiction filter to search? Just type in “US” and click through as many states as needed in sequence.
