Seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Sales department on a full-time basis

Location: SF Bay area, Offices in SF

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales representative:  Manage prospect/accounts from warm lead status onward
  • SDR: Help Identify new potential customers and participate in lead generation activity
  • Facilitate the end to end sale process
  • Generate and present sales pipeline progress reports on a timely and recurring basis
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve sales traction, and improve customer experience
  • Organize recurring prospect/customer meetings to discuss & manage their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches, and work closely with the product/marketing teams to maximize marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Sales representative
  • 1+ years experience selling SaaS based Enterprise business solutions to one or many of the Financial/Insurance/Healthcare/Energy/Government sectors, ideally within Compliance departments
  • 2+ year working knowledge of CRM software (either Salesforce.com or Zoho), and Office tools (either MS Excel & PowerPoint, or Google Sheets & Slides)
  • Understand sales performance metrics, able to generate and present sales pipeline progress reports to the executive team on a timely and recurring basis
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great negotiation skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
