Sales Account Executive

Seeking an experienced Sales account executive to join our Sales department on a full-time basis

Location: SF Bay area, Offices in SF

Role & Responsibilities

* Sales representative for key accounts:  Manage key prospect/accounts from warm lead status onward

* Act as liaison & main point of contact between company and key prospects/customers.

* Facilitate the end to end sale process

* Generate and present sales pipeline progress reports on a timely and recurring basis

* Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

* Schedule and Organize recurring prospect/customer meetings to discuss & manage their requirements

* Handle customer complaints in a timely manner

* Help Identify new potential key customers

* Supervise sales account representatives and lead generation/SDR team

* Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches, and work closely with the product/marketing teams to maximize marketing campaigns

* Monitor and report on sales performance analytics

* Maintain customer relationships


* 3+ years experience as a Sales account executive/ Sales representative

* 1+ years experience selling SaaS based Enterprise business solutions to the Financial/Insurance sector, ideally within Compliance departments

* 2+ year working knowledge of CRM software (either or Zoho), and Office tools (either MS Excel & PowerPoint, or Google Sheets & Slides)

* Understand sales performance metrics, able to generate and present sales pipeline progress reports to the executive team on a timely and recurring basis

* Hands on experience with customer service

* Excellent communication skills

* Great negotiation skills

* BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
